Ross Biestman
Biography
Ross Biestman is chief revenue officer for ServiceTitan where he is responsible for the company’s sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations teams. He oversees the go-to-market strategy and execution of growth initiatives for ServiceTitan’s suite of software offerings.
Throughout his career working for software businesses in Silicon Valley, Ross has been a customer-centric executive charged with building high performing, revenue generating teams.
Prior to ServiceTitan, Ross served as vice president of sales at Lithium Technologies where he spearheaded revenue initiatives for four years, ultimately resulting in Lithium’s successful acquisition by Vista Equity Partners.
He’s held previous roles in software sales, mergers and acquisitions, and business development at companies such as Adobe, CrowdFlower, and Stealth HD (a business he co-founded that was acquired by Amazon).
Outside of work, Ross enjoys spending time with his wife, Rebecca, and two sons, Parker and Levi, at their home in Northern California. He serves on the board of the University of California Advisory Committee for Intercollegiate Athletics and is an advisor to an educational institute in Berkeley that provides scholarship and community building opportunities for college students. He loves to play golf, backcountry ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains, and always roots for the California Golden Bears.
Ross holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was an All-American on Cal’s Varsity Rugby team and won four consecutive collegiate national championships. He’s also earned a Master’s degree from the Said Business School at Oxford University.
