Rob Arditi
Biography
Rob is a partner at BVP Forge, which is the unique combination of a private equity firm for growth-oriented, self-sustaining businesses paired with access to BVP’s renowned venture platform.
Before starting BVP Forge, Rob was a general partner and co-head of growth equity at Norwest, a $9B+ multi-stage investment firm, where he spent over 12 years helping build the growth equity business. He executed investments and provided strategic support as an active board member to high growth, capital efficient companies.
Prior to Norwest, Rob was an associate at Lake Capital, where he focused on investments in the tech-enabled services industry. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs focused on M&A and principal investments, and was a senior equity research associate at Raymond James.
Rob earned his B.S. and M.S. in finance from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Rob coaches youth sports for his two children and is a longtime supporter of initiatives that help level the playing field for disadvantaged students. He co-founded Minds Matter of Chicago in 2006 and has been involved with the Gashora Girls Academy (an all-female STEM secondary school based in Rwanda) since 2013.
