Dian Yu

Biography

Dian Yu is an associate counsel based in Bessemer’s New York offices. She provides legal counsel on the firm’s investment activities and portfolio matters across the US and Israel. She also provides legal support with respect to the firm’s internal operations and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Bessemer, she was an associate of the Emerging Companies Practice of Latham & Watkins LLP where she advised emerging growth companies and their investors on venture capital financings, general corporate counseling and exit transactions.

Dian earned her JD from Harvard Law School and graduated magna cum laude in psychology and economics from Amherst College.
