Chelsea Mullarney

Biography

Chelsea Mullarney is Bessemer’s corporate counsel based in the New York City office. She's responsible for providing legal guidance across the firm's internal operations, including contract review, risk analysis for business decisions, intellectual property management, and employment.

Before joining Bessemer, Chelsea was a partner at Brown Rudnick LLP where she provided strategic advice and dispute management on venture capital matters and for a variety of emerging growth companies.

Chelsea earned a JD with honors from Fordham University School of Law and a BA from Wake Forest University
