Biography

Brandon is an investor at Bessemer Venture Partners based out of the New York City office.  

He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford and earned the J.E. Wallace Sterling Award for Scholastic Achievement, which recognizes the top 25 graduating seniors by GPA in Stanford’s School of Humanities and Sciences. He was a Summer Analyst at Bessemer, Draper Associates, and Corvex Management as well as a Venture Fellow at NFX.  

Brandon helps lead Icons, a community of 1,500 Stanford students and alumni, where he organizes dinners with iconic founders and investors.  

He is a National Master of chess and was ranked in the top ten in the USA for his age from 2009-2020. Brandon is the founder and  president of Kids For Chess – a non-profit that provides scholarships for America’s best youth chess players to attend the World Youth Chess Championships.  

 In his free time, he enjoys surfing, skiing, tennis, and spending time with friends.
